The Elements Tech is a freelance IT consulting collective based in India. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to The Elements Tech, and “you” refers to anyone visiting this website (theelementstech.com) or contacting us through it.

We collect only what you choose to send us. When you use the contact form on this site, you provide:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The message you write to us

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or any profiling tools on this website. We do not build customer profiles and we do not maintain a marketing database.

The form does not save anything to a database we run. When you submit it, your details are passed to a third-party form-delivery service, FormSubmit, which forwards your message to our email inbox. From that point on, your message lives in our email account, the same as any email you might send us directly.

We also load fonts from Google Fonts to display this site. When your browser requests those fonts, Google may receive your IP address as part of that request. We don't control or receive that data.

We use the message you send only to:

• Read and understand your enquiry
• Reply to you
• Discuss a possible project or engagement with you

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send you marketing you didn't ask for.

Your message stays in our email inbox for as long as it's useful to us — typically to maintain a record of our conversation. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will remove it from our inbox.

Because we only hold the emails you send us, your rights are simple to exercise. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and similar laws, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what of your information we still hold
• Correct it if something is wrong
• Delete it from our inbox
