About the Project
IPLIX Media is one of India’s fast-rising creator-economy companies. They have collaborated with more than 10,000 creators, manage 330+ creators exclusively, and have executed over 850 bankable campaigns for brands including Samsung, Mamaearth, ITC, Himalaya, Godrej and Wishcare — with names like Tech Burner, Thugesh, Saloni Gaur, Aaliyah Kashyap and Ritvi Shah on their roster.
None of this happened by chance. It was built over years of real work and strong partnerships. But growth brings its own challenges, and even the best teams eventually need better systems to keep up. That is where we came in — not to add tools, but to give the business clarity.

Where Growth Got Stuck
Behind every one of those 850+ campaigns, someone on the team was buried in spreadsheets. Brand deals lived in one sheet, creator collaborations in another, and campaign reporting was scattered across files. Accounting ran in Tally — it worked, but it never showed what was happening in real time. Every week, hours disappeared into simply pulling numbers together: finding the data, not analysing it or deciding on it.
For a company managing 330+ creators and a network of hundreds of brands, that is not a small administrative inconvenience — it is hours of lost productivity every single week, multiplied across an entire team. The team was excellent at what they did. The systems they started out with had quietly become the biggest thing slowing them down.

When we looked closely at how IPLIX operated, one thing was clear quickly: they did not need more tools, they needed clarity — a system that works the way their business actually runs. So before building anything, we mapped how a brand deal travels from the first conversation to final payment, and where information got stuck along the way. Once that was clear, the solution was obvious.

Finance on one cloud platform
For a company handling 850+ campaigns and brands like Samsung and Godrej, finances leave no room for guesswork. We implemented Zoho Books and connected every financial workflow — invoicing, expenses, receivables, payables and cash-flow position — into one clean, cloud-based platform. Everything became visible in real time. The finance team went from spending hours compiling reports to getting answers in seconds.

Every brand partnership, creator collaboration and campaign was pulled out of scattered sheets and into a single system, with a live dashboard the whole team can see. No duplicate data, no confusion, no more “which file is the latest?” On top of that we built a structured custom application on Zoho Creator that mirrors how IPLIX manages relationships from first conversation to final delivery and payment, with a clear approval system so every stage is reviewed, aligned and executed without confusion.

With many brand conversations running at once, there was no clear way to track where each deal stood. We implemented Zoho CRM and built a structured pipeline that reflects how IPLIX actually works — from first conversation to campaign execution. Every deal is now tracked in one place with clear visibility into stages, ownership and next steps. No more missed follow-ups, no more confusion.
